Services prior to your wedding day:
Our King & Queen service is designed for the busy couple soon to be Mr. & Mrs. If you are
planning your wedding day locally or even on a long distance basis and do not have time to locate
venues(sites), arrange appointments and meetings with prospective vendors, negotiate contracts and
all other details that goes along with planning a wedding, then this is truly the perfect package for you!
(i.e. vendors & negotiations, time-line of activities, décor & design, etc...)
Site location & contracting Assistance
Assist with printing and creating of the stationery
Create a comprehensive event time schedule for vendors and wedding party
Regular progress meeting
Negotiate group room blocks for you and your guest, at a coveniently located hotels
Assists with coordinating and contracting transportation for you and your guest
Vendor referral services
Assist with menu selection and catering negotiations
Detailed wedding checklist and itinerary during the planning process
Etiquette advisement
Provide a detailed budget
Unlimited recommendations and suggestions(budgeting, etiquette, unique & creative ideas, etc...)
Confirm contracts and timing of events as well as attendance at various planning with vendors
Manage the timing of events with your family, wedding party and vendors
Orchestrate your wedding rehearsal and organize your wedding party (1 hour)
Coordinate the wedding ceremony and reception
Wedding contract or agreements review & negotiation
Confirmation of all vendor services 2 weeks as well as 5 days prior to the wedding
In addition to your primary wedding planner, up to four (4) professionally trained coordinator's Assistants will be present to ensure the efficient management of your wedding or event (Number of assistants is based on the scope and complexity of the Wedding)
Exact pricing depends on:
Number of guests, location of ceremony & reception, the number of months in advance that services are secure.
Price Starting at 10% of the overall wedding cost ( with $1400 minimum )
